2019 Hyundai Santa Fe represents a new generation of popular mid-size SUV. According to test driving and photos made then, we should expect both two and three rows version of this car, as well as special trim version Santa Fe Sport. That is not the only novelty in Hyundai since some rumors claim that we could see a new Veracruz, a model dropped 2012.

Thick protection on testing mule has not left many visible details to be described, but we can predict most important changes in 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe according to photos from test driving. It is obvious that the manufacturer has changed the shape of the front end, adding large grille and wider air intake on the bottom like we were able to see on current Elantra GT. The front lights are higher positioned now, almost on the hood, with wider and vertically positioned fog lights below them. Those are also already made for Kona subcompact. The longer rear end is allowed by a flat roof and wide spoiler as sun protection on the top of the rear window.

We have no much information about the inside of 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe so far, besides the fact that it will have two and three rows of seats. According to last similar models, we should expect comfort cabin with resolved problems for tall passengers in the third row.

Even though 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe is still in test phase, so the engine is not at the table at this moment at all, there are things we can predict. There are high chances that Santa Fe will remain the same engines as on last models, meaning four-in-line for two-rows of seats and V6 model for three-rows of seats. However, both front and all-wheel driving system is the most likely for this model. Time will say how the manufacturer will resolve the problem with fuel economy and savings, as SUVs nowadays are made to satisfy buyers with that demands, too.
